Jamie graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage in June of 2003 and has been Nationally Certified and State Certified in Massage Therapy since then. Upon graduation Jamie began working in Appleton at the Massage Connection and in Waupaca at Health Concepts. In 2005 Jamie moved to Appleton and began working full time there. In December of 2005 Jamie left the Massage Connection to start his own business – Body, Mind & Spirit.

Always interested in learning new things Jamie has taken several classes in different modalities. He received his Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki I training in May of 2004. At Blue Sky School of Massage Jamie attended the Acupressure Jin Shin Do Seminar in November of 2004 and the Precision Neuromuscular Therapy for the Spine and Thorax class in September of 2005. Jamie has trained in Thai Massage taking the Northern Thai Short Form Part 1 class in October 2006 and Northern Thai Short Form Part 2 in March of 2007. Most recently Jamie has finished his Reiki training taking Reiki II in October of 2009 and Reiki III and Master level in April of 2010. In addition Jamie has been studying martial arts since 1983 and believes that the flowing moves of soft style martial arts as well as the stances enhance his massage.
